Please give a brief overview of the trainee/s performance during their follow, including strengths and weaknesses. List each in order if multiple trainees are present.
She was full of questions, and did everything accurately. So no complaints there. She's small, so even a little duck and she's out of view. And she picked right up on properly positioning herself with the guest. Rian seems to be a quick learner, but will need time to get used to the pace. She's also a hostess at Evangeline Cafe, so that's a slightly different environment. Uncomfortable carrying trays, and we didn't really get to run any drinks. Had to remind her of napkins or silverware a couple times. But I always write that. It's all stuff that'll come with time.

yes. Even the odd bit about running feta pizzas like they're salads because the kale wilts and it's not as nice.

Yeah.
What was something you learned from this train?
Scooping out the drains is now part of closing. and splooshing a lil bleach in there, too.
What feedback do you have to improve our training efforts?
Yes the runner test v 2.0 is long overdue. Sometime this next week, maybe?
