Jessie- Today was a slow day but he was a rock star! He knows his garnishes. He needs to work on calling out his garnishes and letting the servers garnish so he can focus on getting the drinks off the bar and tray up during rushes. Besides that he will be solid.

Kevin- He had to leave after 20 minutes of being here so he didn't get any training. (**If he is on the schedule for drinkspo this next week please replace him**)

What was something you learned from this train? I had to find ways to push Jessie because he was awesome to begin with and I didn't want to stand there and not give him any feedback.
