1) David Eimer - Did very well, took initiative all day and had a great attitude. Never had tray carrying experience so we worked on that a little bit.
2) Jasmine Elmahdy - Very friendly and was willing to do most tasks without being asked. 
3) Jacob Hurtado - Also had a great attitude and stepped up all day.

Did you cover all topics on the Follow Card?
Yes but, it was very slow all day so we didn't get much practice with prep or theater cleans.

Do you feel that the trainee/s was given enough guidance?
Yes
What was something you learned from this train?
It felt a bit rushed, we tried doing the training without the runner roleplay and they did fine but, it caused a lot more unanswered questions for the trainees. The good news is, most of those questions were answered while we ran food. I'm not sure how it would have worked out if it was a busier day.
What feedback do you have to improve our training efforts?
We really need to sit down and revise the entire process as a group. I'm not sure how well the current training material would work if you just handed it to a new trainer and didn't give them any instructions.
