Follow: Day 2

Jordan knew the basics of expoing. Day 1 was really slow so they seemed to go over the garnishes. Today was very busy and we were short on expos so it got a little bit backed up, but nothing got sent back so although we may have been really slow, everything was done correctly. Jordan didn't understand the positions of expo/garnish/tickets which should be explained on day 1 so I had to go over everything from day 1.

When he becomes more comfortable I think he will be fine on the expo line but he needs to keep in mind to read the whole ticket from top to bottom and move quicker.

What was something you learned from this train? Patients. Everyone learns differently and I had to find a better way to teach him for him to understand how things work

What feedback do you have to improve our training efforts? On the open expo shift it should be scheduled during a brunch shift so they know the brunch items.
