Follow: Day 1 Runner

Please give a brief overview of the trainee/s performance during their follow, including strengths and weaknesses. List each in order if multiple trainees are present.
Alicia: You could definitely tell that she had worked here before. She performed above average on basically everything we went over. The only weakness she had was remembering the layout of the building but, it was her first day so I think she just needs to spend more time in the building.

Chris: He seemed a little timid, especially during the hands on phases of the training. He absorbed all of the knowledge well but, seemed to have trouble trusting himself. He definitely knew what he was doing but, kept asking for reassurance. I believe he just had first day nerves and expect that to fade quickly.

What roles do you see the trainee/s attaining in their future with the Alamo Drafthouse family?
Alicia: She could fill any role but, I imagine she will be going back to Bartix.

Chris: Not sure what he's interested in yet but, he has had previous serving experience and seemed interested in moving in that direction.

Do you feel that the trainee/s was given enough guidance?
Yes

What was something you learned from this train?
I learned that sometimes because of weird circumstances you may need to re-arrange some of the items of the day in order to tackle them more efficiently. Also, it may be beneficial to come up with preset training flags for the current menu to cut down on preparation time for day 1.
