Follow: Day 1 Runner Training

Please give a brief overview of the trainee/s performance during their follow, including strengths and weaknesses. List each in order if multiple trainees are present.
1)Lucky Louden- Lucky is a server transfer from Houston. Other than going over a few details of things we do differently here it was pretty much all review for her. If I had to pick a weakness it would be that it's hard to concentrate on training when half of the staff is trying to hit on you. Seriously though leave the poor girl alone for a second. It may take her a moment to get used to doing things like signing tickets when running food items but, I think that's sort of a weak point for most people.
2)Eshah Wilder - MIT trainee that has been working in the Kitchen at Slaughter for at least a month. Understands most of how things work around Slaughter and picked up running very quickly. Slightly awkward holding a tray at first but, seemed to pick it up quickly. Had a great attitude and asked some good questions. Tried to cover questions that she had about her day 2 and 3 training material but, we got cut a little short because of the managers meeting.
