Do you feel that the trainee/s was given enough guidance?
YES
What was something you learned from this train?
It's not something I learned from this train but, something I've been subtly suggesting for a while. We need to find a better set up for the mop shed. The shed isn't locked at night and nobody would steal those supplies anyways so there's no logical reason for having dirty, wet mops dripping inside the shed. It's actually one of the first things new trainees have a noticeably hard time dealing with. My suggestion would be to have a drip rack on the outside of the shed and keep all wetness in the open air so it can actually dry instead of becoming a breeding ground for maggots and mosquitoes. I feel the smell and general unclean nature of the shed is also part of the reason that people refuse to keep the shed organized. Walking into the shed and having to hold your breath just to stack mop buckets is sort of silly.
What feedback do you have to improve our training efforts?
Some of the training materials are starting to become a little outdated. Going to compile a list of suggested changes between the trainers soon.
